LEVANDES HOUSES Levandes Houses, autonomous tourist lodges for rent, specially built on a 10 acre property, are in Kalavryta, 950 meters above sea level, on the road to the ski resort, 2.7 kilometers from the town center, 12 kilometers from the ski resort and 32 kilometers from the award winning Pounta beach.

At the scenic town of Kalavryta, the pedestrian with the cafes, restaurants and small shops with local products, offer a unique and relaxing stroll. On the inside of town, the Holocaust museum turns you back in time ,while in the small railway station the legendary odontotos rack railway awaits to travel you through the amazing natural beauty of the Vouraikos canyon. The wider area offers several sights, such as the imposing Mega Spilaio monastery, the historical Aghia Lavra monastery, the Lake Caves, the Aroaneio springs, etc.

On the other side, a welcoming veranda with access to the garden overlooks mounts Chelmos and Velias.The third level, is an attic which consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller one with an oversized mattress on the floor (this way of sleeping is called “stromatsada” in Greece and all children love it), plus a full bathroom.The three levels communicated through an elegant wooden staircase.

The guest will be charged the advance payment (1/3 of the total price) if he cancel in the 21 days before arrival. No cooking/roasting etc. allowed in fireplace. No pets allowed. Important Any problems or difficulties will be dealt with immediately by the owner, who resides in a separate house on the same grounds.
